The
TATS membership is $20 for 12 months.
Members must be currently employed in one of the following
businesses: -
• Travel Agent/Wholesalers
• Airline/Cargo Employees
• Air/Sea Freight Forwarders
• Tourist Offices
• International Hotel and Cruise Company Employees
Please
note that suppliers of reduced rate fares may impose further
conditions upon eligibility or availability at their discretion.
Frequent flyer and mileage credits cannot be used or obtained
on services provided by TATS

| Documents |
All
documents will be sent by normal mail or couriered at client's
expense. |
| Payments |
Payment
can be made by credit card, cheque/money order made payable
to TATS. (Please be advised that we cannot accept personal cheques
within 10 working days prior to departure)

| Refunds |
Prior
to documentation refunds take approx. 14 days to process and
will be either by cheque or credited to your card. After documentation
has been issued, no refund will be processed until funds have
been reimbursed from the airline/supplier. |

strongly recommend travel insurance.

Airline
Conditions:
When
traveling on special Industry reduced fares, rarely you
may be off-loaded due to schedule changes or over-booking.
In this event the airline will endeavour to re-book you
on the next available flight.

airfare prices are subject to international taxes, which must
be added as applicable Please note some block-out periods
and seasonal surcharges may apply. Airlines do release special
airfares during the year. These special fares may have different
terms and conditions, which will be specified on our flyers

bookings must be received by TATS with full payment and membership
number.
Land Only bookings must be for a minimum of 3 (three) nights
Air only booking fees may apply
