TATS
is able to sell air / land packages, airfare only / accommodation
/ only, tours / cruises and other services to travel industry partners.
TATS
buys these special rates from travel suppliers but as clearly set
out under "eligibility" each airline or supplier states
WHO is eligible for their product. This eligibility is contained
in a contract between us and our supplier partners and CANNOT be
amended.
Proof
of eligibility is mandatory and we are unable to commence a reservation
for you without sighting or establishing your eligibility.
TATS
product is usually available at times when airlines / hotels etc
have excess capacity.
TATS
rates are usually not available at peak times, eg. Christmas / special
events / public holidays and /or school holidays.
TATS
is dependent on responses from our suppliers and therefore we will
respond and confirm your reservation as soon as possible. Please
note special conditions which apply to packages relating to pre
booking dates/ cancellation fees etc.
INSURANCE
- as many of our rates are subject to special conditions we urge
you take out travel insurance BUT PLEASE ensure that your insurance
covers such conditions as are applied by us or our industry partners.
